What we put in our bodies has never been more scrutinized than today and there has never been more confusion about what to eat. The question that the consumer is asking is what foods are right for ME? What is going to add to my health and well being and help to live longer healthier?

Today’s consumers demand personalization and they are already used to personalized services based on technology like Netflix, Spotify or personalizing your sneakers. However, the food industry has not yet linked data to provide real personalized solutions to consumers.

We at Arla feel that we need take bold steps in finding the solutions to personalize our food and take new steps to define the future of dairy. Therefore our innovation team in Finland is looking for partners in microbiome testing and in the gut health & wellbeing area.

We want to form new innovation relationships that help us disrupt the marketplace and push the boundaries of science and technology as we seek to solve the biggest challenges facing the global food industry today. But innovation is not just down to one person or one team and our best results are often created in collaboration with others. Our open innovation team looks outside of our business to find new ways of solving problems and bringing in new ideas.

Partnership candidate should be able to work with Arla towards launching in 2020 and demonstrate excellent skills and understanding of how to communicate utilization of their technology for consumers.

Pilot - starting 01.07

Receive feedback on your idea and engage with Arla Foods domain expert teams on a pilot project that could go all the way to implementation in our products, packaging, distributionor on our farms.
